The following are all the recognized Weapons of the Silklantern
Taken and modified from The Wheel Of Time RolePlaying Game

Simple Weapons - Melee

Unarmed Combat

Unarmed combat is fighting without weapons of any kind. Not just punching and kicking, unarmed combat also involves disarming maneuvers, grappling, throws, and other more complicated maneuvers. Although it is quite difficult to kill someone with bare hands in one hit, it is definitely possible if you know where to hit and how hard.

Dagger/Knife

The typical dagger is pointed and has a double edge, as opposed to a knife which has only one edge and is a bit shorter. In addition to throwing, daggers and knives can also be used in hand. Due to their lightweight, daggers are very quick, making them formidable weapons in the hands of a skilled user. This speed can more than make up for their short length. Because their blades are short, however, only stabbing can be instantly fatal.

Mace

Maces are used primarily by cavalry for smashing armored infantry from above. The thick parts on the head of the mace are flanges, which are used to focus the force of the blow on multiple small areas. Many of the Borderland expedition in Path of Daggers and Winter's Heart are seen wearing a mace like this one. The Mace is a very basic derivate of a club, except that it has a heavy metal knob at the top. Its shape varies greatly as some are flanged and some are merely topped with an iron ball.

Sickle

This weapon is like a farmer's sickle, but it is strengthened for use as a weapon. it is favored by anyone who doesn't want to have a suspicious weapon on hand.

Club

A length of hard wood. It is made to crush or to render an opponent unconscious. It is the first known weapon, seeing as its not exactly hard to come by

Spear, Aiel

A spear is a long staff with a short knifelike blade at the top. Spears are one of the first weapons. Originally designed for hunting, they have the great advantage of reach over most weapons. Because they are primarily thrusting weapons, spears can be used with very little lateral space needed, making them very good for use in formation. Spears can be used in two hands with quarterstaff techniques, single-handed in conjunction with a shield, or as an initial throwing weapon.

Spear, Seanchan

This special Seanchan variant on this common weapon is usually elaborately decorated; but is still quite effective in melee combat. it can be thrown as well.

Morningstar

A morning star is similar in design and function to a mace. The main difference is that a morning star uses spikes to concentrate the focus of the blow, as opposed to using flanges like a mace. The larger top spike on this morning star is intended for thrusting.

Quarterstaff

This is the favored weapon of travelers, peasants, and merchants. You can strike with either end, allowing you to take full advantage of openings in your opponents defenses. A quarterstaff is a double weapon; you can fight with it as if fighting with two weapons.

Simple Weapons - Ranged

Crossbow, Light

A crossbow is a bow mounted crosswise to a body of wood or steel. It fires a short quarrel, also called a bolt. A crossbow takes less training to become effective in than a bow due to it's mechanisms. Although crossbows are more expensive and slower than normal bows, their superior range, accuracy, and ease of operation make them highly desired on the battlefield. Although not as damaging and with a shorter range than heavy crossbows, light crossbows have higher rates of fire and can be held in one hand.

Crossbow, Heavy

With an improved range and more damaging effects over a light crossbow, heavy crossbows are usually used in battlements where their low rate of fire is not as serious of a handicap. They need to be held in two hands.

Sling

The sling hurls lead bullets. It's not as easy to use as the crossbow or as powerful as a bow, but it's cheap and easy to improvise from common materials.

Martial Weapons - Melee

Handaxe

Handaxes are mostly used by cavalry to deliver armor-piercing attacks from above. Like Perrin's axe, this axe has a spike opposite the blade. This serves both to balance the axe blade as well as serving as a powerful armor-piercing device.

Battleaxe

Battleaxes are used by infantry to defeat soldiers in full plate. Slower than a sword due to the increased mass, a battleaxe can and will cleave directly through armor and through the person inside. it is a common and devastating weapon even in the hands of a semi-skilled warrior.

Sap

A weapon that deals subdual (ie. unconsciousness) damage, a sap is useful when you want to knock an opponent out instead of killing him.

Sword, Short

The short sword is the first sword to come into existence. It has a broad blade, sharp at both sides and pointed at the top. It is ideal for thrusting .

Sword, Long

This long straight sword is the weapon of valor. it is the favored weapon of many cultures, and long swords vary in style across the world.

Rapier

The rapier is a lightweight, thin-bladed sword, usually with a large and elaborately made guard. The slender blade of the rapier is ideal for quick thrusting or cutting attacks, while still being strong enough to deflect incoming attacks. The rapier is NOT a military sword; it is a civilian sword better suited for a duel or against lightly armored opponents.

Scimitar, Seanchan

The curve on this blade make's the weapon's edge effectively sharper.

Hammer, Smith's

This is a one handed sledge or maul with a large heavy head. It is an extremely powerful weapon that can punch through even heavy armor. It requires the wielder to be quite strong.

Bill

As a polearm, a bill has reach. You can strike opponents 10ft away with it, like a boarspear, but you cannot attack adjacent foes. The heads of bills are unique, but usually containing both thrusting and chopping surfaces. Bills are often seven or eight feet long. Because of the bill's curved blade, you can also use it to make trip attacks. Bills are used by the Fal Dara guards in The Great Hunt.

Poleaxe

Poleaxes are surprisingly light and fast. The head of a poleaxe most often contained three weapons. One of these was usually an armor-piercing spike or two, the second a hammer head, and the third a small axe blade. Poleaxes are a shorter polearm, ideally being slightly longer then the wielder is tall. Many poleaxes have metal strips on the side of the pole and lugs at the end of the strips.

GreatClub

A greatclub is a two handed version of a regular club. It is often studded with nails or spikes or ringed by bands of iron.

Scythe

While it resembles the standard farm implement of the same name, the scythe is strengthened and balance for war. The design of the scythe focuses tremendous force on the sharp point as well as allowing devastating slashes with the blade edge.

Boarspear

This spear, designed to keep a boar at bay, has reach. You can strike opponents 10ft away; but you cannot use it against an adjacent foe.

Martial Weapons - Ranged

Shortbow

This is the earliest form of bow; Short Bows are about 5 feet long. Shorter bows like these are used primarily from horseback. These short horse bows have a higher rate of fire than longbows, although with shorter range.

Shortbow, Aiel

One of the best shortbows available is the Aiel shortbow. They have a greater range than a conventional shortbow.

Longbow

The longbow is similar to the short bow, except that the bow is about as long as the archer is tall. Usually it is 6ft or more, and has extremely long range. These bows have great power and range, although due to their size they cannot be used from horseback.

Longbow, Two Rivers

One of the best longbows available is the Two Rivers longbow. They are said to be able to punch through Shienaran heavy plate; and have a farther range than a conventional longbow.

Exotic Weapons - Melee

Ashandarei

This ancient weapon is essentially a quarterstaff with a curved, short blade at one end. The blade end can be used to slash, while the other end is an effective bludgeon tool. Ashandarei are rarely seen in recent times. An ashandarei is a double weapon; you can fight with it as if using two weapons.

Swordbreaker

The swordbreaker is a modified short sword designed to catch an opponent's blade and, as the name implies, break it in two. Deep notches run down one side of the blade, while the other side remains sharp and can be used as a conventional short sword. This weapon can also be used in the off-hand as a means to disarm an opponent. When used in this way, the swordbreaker is held in the same manner as one would hold a shield.

Sword, Warder's (Two Handed Sword)

A Warder's sword is too large to use in one hand without special training; thus it is an exotic weapon. A normal sized human can use a Warder's sword with two hands as a martial weapon (melee). Warder's swords (despite the name) as not just unique to Warder's, and are relatively common.

Scythesword, Trolloc

The hooked, vile blades of the Trollocs are dangerous and destructive implements. No follower of the Light would dare bear this weapon, you would surely be named a darkfriend!

Exotic Weapons - Ranged

Whip

A whip deals subdual (unconsciousness, fainting) damage, but no actual physical damage. Because the whip can wrap around people's legs, etc, you can use it to make trip attacks. You can also use a whip to disarm an opponent's weapon.

Net

A fighting net has small barbs in the weave and a trailing rope to control netted opponents; you use it to entangle opponents.

Custom Weapons - Created By Members

Kusiri-gama

A kama, a small handheld scythe blade, attached to a chain, that has a club or other weapon attached to it. It has two kama blades attached with a chain.

Sansori

The Sansori is ideally as long, or a bit longer, as the person who wields it.  The Sansori has two 15 cm / 1/2 foot long blades at both ends, and the blades are a bit thin, ca 3 cm broad.  But those who are proficient with a quarterstaff wouldn't get to many problems getting used to it, as it's only slightly thinner than a quarterstaff, and a bit easier to swing around.

Lashknife

A long braided steel cord, reasonably flexible and usable as a whip or garotte. It is about as high as its user, or a bit more. At the end is a small weapon, such as a throwing axe, long dagger or, for those who don't like to kill, a club.

Sa'sina

A fan like weapon. It is a heavy fan with steel ribs and a sharp blade. It can be used in a slashing way or thrusting, yet the beauty of this weapon is it doesn't LOOK like a weapon.
