Club News

March 7, 2017
Ed 1EGG has successfully made contacts on HF with our remote operation scheme.

Recently we moved our version of Teamviewer back to 10 as we
had so many problems with V12.
We were still having problems with the scheme as it seemed it was
going into transmit from the receive noise. Fault traced down to
having the mic and line-in enabled for playback. It should only be
enabled for Recording and there is no need to monitor those inputs.

Also, at this point we have re-installed the tuner for the wire antenna but
is NOT interfaced to the Rig. Therefore don't bother changing the
Antenna relay (via the remote power switch). We'll work on that soon.

The next Monthly Meeting of the Dartmouth Amateur Radio Club
will be in March 11, 2017.

Please try to attend.
