Ralph Edward was born on June 28, 1901 and he died on September 11, 1977. He married Minnie Leota Wentzell from Lunenburg on January 28, 1928. They had three children: Stuart Edward, Marjorie Leota and William Seamore.

 

Ralph spent his life in the Waterville area. He loved gardening and working with wood. He cobbled shoes as a sideline. He made wooden toys for his children, grandchildren and nieces and nephews. He loved to recite poetry.
