Online opportunities for teachers to communicate and collaborate.

iEARN is a non-profit  organization that enables young people to use the Internet and other new technologies to engage in collaborative educational projects that both enhance learning and make a difference in the world.  Ilearn has free professional development opportunities for teachers. The site has research and practice on integrating technology into America's schools.  It contains some excellent articles and archived reports.

An information service form the University of North Carolins at Chapel Hill Academic & Technology Networks' Center for Instructional Technology.  Brief notes about information and instructional technology resources are sent to subscribers monthly.
