High-Tech Automotive Training’s new state of the art training
facility is located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia with the head office located
in Pictou County, Nova Scotia. This 14,000 square foot air conditioned
facility has four classrooms that can accommodate more than seventy five
students at any given time. The new building boasts many features that
definitely sets it apart from other training facilities, complete with
full wheelchair accessibility and built in chemical safety equipment.
Bc High-Tech Automotive Training also boasts an array of state of the art equipment such as the SPX (ATEG-Aftermarket Tools and Equipment Group), OTC, Robinaire, Allen test equipment, Mitchell on demand, and All Data Electronic Information Systems in addition to a full set of written motor manuals. we have just received our new DYNO, one of three in Nova Scotia. Additionally, Bc High-Tech Automotive Training utilizes a full range of multimedia products to enhance instruction. First, the automotive shops are connected to the classrooms via live feed closed-circuit television. This capability enables instructors to perform demonstrations for students while ensuring that everyone can see the action, and have the opportunity to take accurate notes. Second, students have access to a state of the art computer lab, complete with CD-ROM automotive information resources, and internet connections. Bc High-Tech Automotive Training’s goal is to help program participants reposition themselves within the Automotive Industry by providing the skills needed to accurately diagnose vehicle malfunctions. Being more knowledgeable about the logic of the high tech cars of the 90s increases employment marketability. To accomplish this, Bob Cock, the founder of Bc High-Tech Automotive Training joins with his team of Automotive Instructors to deliver instruction that is Right on Target.
